As a young man growing up in the segregated south, Attorney Mac Hester was marked by the injustice he witnessed. His feelings were molded even more after observing the character of Atticus Finch on the big screen in To Kill a Mockingbird.
He was moved by how Atticus took a stand against racism, stood up to bullies, and recognized the cruelty of harming the innocent. Although these characters were fictional, it compelled Mac to embody similar values and pursue a career that allowed him to gain respect for the neglected and abused.
He began his legal career working for a general practice law firm and then an insurance defense law firm, gaining valuable experience. After that, he shifted his focus to personal injury litigation and worked for the largest plaintiff’s personal injury firm in Colorado before starting his own practice.
With over thirty five years of experience and a passion for obtaining justice, he found his niche working primarily on nursing home abuse & neglect cases. He understands the pain and suffering experienced when nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities fail to give you or your loved one the attention, care, and love that they deserve.
Mac Hester treats every case with the dignity it deserves and knows that each client has a story. His genuine care and desire to see you made whole separates him from other firms in the profession. He’ll listen to you, get to know you, and personally guide and fight for you on your journey to recovery.
